Affected components: Core Service62 instances
Timeline of updates
- update
Some customers may have experienced an issue with Service Cloud where agents encountered unexpected pop-ups while working on record pages, disrupting normal agent workflows. We identified the trigger and resolved the issue by deploying an updated release to affected instances. Customers on the affected instances have been restored to full service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We'll perform a full investigation of the incident and take preventive action to avoid a repeat in the future.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
