    At 00:45 UTC on April 10, 2026, a performance degradation began impacting Marketing Cloud Engagement services across multiple database. As a result, customers experienced database connection failures that disrupted key functionalities, including logins, email sends, data extracts, and messaging services.

    At 05:20 UTC, we completed coordinated service restarts across the impacted infrastructure to resolve the issue. Marketing Cloud Engagement is now fully operational, and customers can successfully log in and resume using all key functionalities.

    We apologize for how this incident affected you and your business. We will undertake a full investigation of the incident, establishing the technical trigger, the underlying cause, and preventive action to avoid a repeat in the future.
