    There was a feature disruption impacting Tableau Cloud. During this period, customers may have experienced failures when attempting to run Prep Flows.
    The issue was caused by a problem in the background processing pods, where certain processes stopped before flows could start. We resolved this by refreshing the affected pods.
    This incident is now considered resolved, and customers should no longer experience any impact
