We noted a feature disruption beginning at 18:00 UTC on March 24, 2026 impacting the extract refresh jobs across multiple PODs. During this time, customers using SharePoint Lists JDBC for extract refreshes may have experienced failures when their OAuth connection expired.
We identified the technical trigger and successfully implemented a fix to the impacted PODs. We confirm that the issue stands resolved and customers are out of impact as of 04:07 UTC on March 27, 2026.
You previously received notifications regarding this issue via a broader trust posting here: https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20003858 (opens in new tab). We have removed this instance from the broader post, and have created this specific post to provide the accurate impact end time for your instance.
We apologize for the impact this caused to you and your business.
