- update
We have resolved a service disruption impacting Platform events and Change Data Capture. Customers experienced delays or missing out-of-order event notifications.
The issue was traced to a recent change. A fix was developed, validated, and deployed to all impacted instances in a staggered rollout, which resolved the disruption. Event processing and delivery have now returned to normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this incident.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
