   Between 17:06 UTC and 17:50 UTC, on February 11, we noted a feature degradation impacting a backend storage service leveraged by the application tier to support data integration for features including Custom Big Objects, Chatbots, Login Forensics, Field Audit Trail, and Chatter. During this time, customers may have experienced extended response times and timeouts or be unable to access certain aspects of the features.

   The issue was self-resolved without any additional action taken by us. We will continue to investigate the nature of the incident to establish a trigger and identify any required actions to prevent future occurrences.

   We apologise for how you and your business may have been affected by this incident. We will thoroughly investigate the incident, confirming the technical trigger, the underlying cause and preventive action to avoid a repeat in future.

   Post incident investigations have highlighted that the impact radius was broader than initially understood. We've updated the posting to include USA718 and USA1110, who were subsequently detected to have experienced impact. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delayed update.
