    We have resolved a degradation of service where a subset of customers experienced intermittent application errors while accessing or navigating the Marketing Cloud Content Builder user interface.

    Impact Confirmation: This issue was isolated to UI accessibility only. Message sending functionality was not impacted and continued to operate normally throughout this period.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this caused to the affected users.
