    We’re aware of a feature degradation impacting Tableau Cloud pod DUB01. Customers on this pod are experiencing increased queue times for subscriptions. As a result, customers may notice their subscriptions stuck in a pending state. We have increased the capacity and are seeing improvements in subscriptions.

    We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

    The issue was resolved at 12:29 UTC, and customers are no longer impacted by the issue. Subscription email images or PDFs are processing as expected.
