Affected components: SLASService US-East-11 instance
Timeline of updates
- update
At 16:30 UTC on August 21, we noted a performance degradation impacting Commerce Cloud SLAS services. A subset of customers using SLAS in US-EAST1 may experience latency when using this service. We have identified that this issue appears to be related to a third-party vendor and are reaching out to this vendor to investigate the issue. In parallel, we are performing internal investigations.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
- update
Upon further investigation, we’ve identified that the trigger is related to a networking issue with a third-party service. The third-party has implemented a fix, and as of 19:43 UTC, all services have been restored.
Customers should no longer experience delays or slow responses with the SLAS service. Thank you again for bearing with us in the meantime
