RudderStack reported a major outage affecting Python Transformations in the US from 2025-10-20 15:32 UTC to 2025-10-20 21:51 UTC (6 h 18 min). The vendor attributed the issues to an ongoing AWS incident and limited AWS resources; increased EC2 instance launches restored capacity, and all backlog was cleared with no lingering customer impact reported.
