    • Redis Cloud API
    • Heroku and Vercel integrations
    • Documentation portal
    • Scaling and provisioning of new subscriptions

    At this time, database connectivity and availability are functioning normally, and remain accessible and unaffected.

    We are actively monitoring the situation and working with GCP to resolve the issue. Updates will be posted here as more information becomes available.

    ➡️ Monitoring — Google Cloud Platform (GCP) has reported that most affected services have now recovered. As a result, access to the Redis Cloud API, Heroku and Vercel integrations, and the Redis documentation portal is steadily improving.

    Database connectivity and availability continue to function normally and remain fully accessible.

    We will provide a final update once the issue is fully resolved.

    ➡️ Resolved — The global outage on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) has now been fully resolved. All affected Redis Cloud services have now fully recovered.

    At no point was database connectivity or availability were affected.
