At about 0143 UTC a cache instance used by the service became unhealthy and failedover, however the service still kept trying to communicate with the unhealthy instance. This caused partial disruption in collaboration, public and private documentation views, and monitor runs. The disruption lasted approximately 18 minutes and was fixed by 0201 UTC.
