A tiny fraction of our users experienced issues logging into our web dashboard. An application failure from a routine cache maintenance of our login sub-system resulted in APIs returning stale responses. There was no impact on your data or activity done during this period. The issue was resolved within the hour and normal operations restored. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
