Our change has prevented further errors for new builds. A very small number of old builds that were enqueued before the fix may still be running and proceed to fail, but any builds triggered since 1900 UTC should run correctly.

Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
