From approximately 19:30 to 20:25 UTC on 2020-09-23, MongoDB Realm customers with apps in Oregon (us-west-2) would have had their apps not functioning and would not have been able to see them in the MongoDB Cloud web portal. Requests to the apps would have failed during this time.
