At 5:30pm PT, our engineering team identified an issue that prevented Smart Notification campaigns from sending. As of 5:45pm PT, a fix was implemented and Smart Notifications campaigns were no longer delayed. Smart Notification campaigns were delayed between 1:30pm PT and 5:45pm PT.
