From 1:50pm PT June 26th to 4:30 pm PT June 27th, email, push, sms, and webhook notifications were unable to send from a subset of projects. These impacted projects may have experienced intermittent delivery failures from 6:00am -1:50pm on June 26th as well. This issue was identified today at 4:12pm and resolved by 4:32pm. If you were impacted by this issue, you will notice a gap in "Notification Sent" events in your project. Targeted users will not receive these notifications late unless they are still eligible for the notification. We are sincerely sorry for this interruption in service and are putting measures in place to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
