At this point, we suspect that the issue is caused by an outage at a 3rd party supplier side Cloudflare. While scenarios continue to execute, they are expected to fail in case they connect to 3rd party systems that are inaccessible due to the same dependency. We reached out to the provider and will be updating the status when we have new information to share.
