Affected components: Status page

Timeline of updates

  1. scheduled

On February 1, 2027, we’re moving to a new status page provider. If you subscribe to updates, here’s what you need to know:
Email: Your subscription will be migrated automatically. No action needed.
Slack: You’ll need to set up your subscription again on the new status page.
Text message, Microsoft Teams, Atom and RSS: These won’t be supported after the migration. To keep getting notifications, please switch to an Email or Slack subscription.
On February 1, 2027, we’ll point status.loops.so to the new provider. Updates may take a short time to appear while DNS propagates.
If you need to set up a Slack or new Email subscription, you can do that now at the new page’s temporary address: https://loops.statuspage.datadoghq.com (opens in new tab). Updates won’t be posted there until after the migration.
Until February 1, this page remains the source of truth for Loops maintenance and incident updates. Questions? Contact us at help@loops.so.

  2. scheduled

We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.

Changes Rewindex caught on this incident

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves these records existed by then and have not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.loops.so (opens in new tab).
