Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 8:50pm and 9:10pm America/New_York on July 21st, there were availability blips during an upgrade of our nginx proxy layer. SDK clients will have retried during this event and we recovered from a backlog by 9:30pm.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
