Lightdash change history: Network configuration may cause warehouse timeout errors

Lightdash reported a major EU Cloud incident from 2026-04-21 11:37 UTC to 2026-04-21 14:48 UTC (3 h 11 min). An unintentionally provisioned egress IP, 34.140.90.83, caused some warehouse queries to be blocked by customer firewalls. Lightdash worked with affected customers to update allowlists; error rates returned to normal and the incident was resolved.
