Between April 23, 2019 4:35 AM UTC and April 24, 2019 11:00AM UTC , Jira cloud customers potentially experienced the inability to assign issues to some users. The root cause was a change in the way that inactive users were being handled in a specific function within Jira. This change was controlled by a feature flag that has now been turned off. The issue has now been resolved and all services are now operating normally.
