Between 2019-04-09 11:17 UTC and 2019-04-12 10:52 UTC, Jira Cloud customers experienced intermittent errors when adding, removing or making changes to users on their site. The root cause was a change to our user synchronization process. The change has been rolled back and the synchronization has been recovered. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
