We have had no further issues since we moved to monitoring at 11:15am. In total, the web application was unavailable for twelve minutes, from 11:00am-11:12am. We have determined that the root cause of the issue was an error during a database migration that was part of a routine code deployment of front-end code. We have identified additional processes to implement to ensure this does not occur again. Thank you for your patience.
