During a two hour window of time, it is possible that users in us-west has a subset of their task logs fail to be written. During this time, all tasks, including monitoring tasks, were functioning as expected, but in some cases, a record of the task was not successfully written. This would have occurred from approximately 7:40pm to 9:20pm UTC.
