HubSpot: Public objects API was unusable from 11:11 AM to 1:37 PM
Timeline of updates
- resolved
All Public Object API calls, specifically requests to
crm/v3/objects, between 11:11 AM ET and 1:37 PM ET on Thursday, August 25, 2022 ET, would have failed due to an incorrect routing configuration. Any calls that failed during that time will need to be retried by integrations and users intending to read or write data via that API. As of 1:37 PM, the public objects API is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
From HubSpot’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.hubspot.com (opens in new tab).
