HubSpot: List sizes may be inaccurate for some customers
Timeline of updates
- resolved
Between 04:18 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) and 03:15 PM EDT (UTC -04:00), some customers hosted in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe experienced issues with list size calculation. This was caused by a race condition in list size calculation logic. Although aggregate values appeared incorrect during this period of time, no data was corrupted or lost. As of 03:15 PM EDT (UTC -04:00), we have corrected these calculations and the incident has been fully resolved. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your patience while we corrected this.
From HubSpot’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.hubspot.com (opens in new tab).
