We have resolved an issue that resulted in any updates made to HubSpot properties between Feb 19th 10:08 am EST and Feb 22nd 7:02 am EST to reset any default values for form fields connected to these properties. All default values were restored on the forms at 22 Feb 2019 13:49 Est and any subsequent submissions after this timeframe have the default values set correctly. However any submissions that happened within the timeframe above would have not set a default value on the contact property.
