Between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM UTC, a faulty deployment caused a failure in the rules responsible for auto-tagging tickets. As a result, some tickets may not have been auto-tagged as expected. We reverted the deployment to restore normal functionality. We apologize for any disruption this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a reliable experience.
