FireHydrant: Documentation hub is down
Timeline of updates
- update
Our upstream provider for documentation, ReadMe, is currently experiencing an outage where both customer-facing docs and API reference docs are down.
Please reference their statuspage for latest updates: https://www.readmestatus.com/ (opens in new tab)
- update
We've received updates from our upstream provider that the documentation platform is back up and they are continuing to monitor the situation.
Accessing https://docs.firehydrant.com (opens in new tab) also shows the portal is now accessible again. We will also continue to keep an eye on the situation on our side.
- update
Earlier this morning our upstream provider resolved the incident. We’ve also noticed no additional problems and are closing this out.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves this record existed by then and has not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
