Elastic Cloud change history: Metering issue with Elastic Cloud Hosted Deployments

Elastic Cloud reported a major Instance Capacity metering issue affecting a small number of Hosted Deployments customers, starting 2026-07-21 14:24 UTC and lasting 32 h 50 min. Resolved at 2026-07-22 23:14 UTC, all metering errors were corrected, and Elastic said it would issue refunds to affected customers.
