Discord: Offline Servers
Timeline of updates
- resolved
We believe the underlying issue at hand to be fully resolved at this point. We are currently working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) on the root cause of this and Thursday's outages, and believe them to be strongly related to an upgrade of a networking component on GCP. This upgrade has completed, and in the short term we do not expect this issue to recur. Additionally, our team discovered various bugs within our resiliency system that made recovery on our end take longer than necessary, that we will be addressing in the coming week. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
From Discord’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on discordstatus.com (opens in new tab).
