[update] Some more details on the sequence of events - the outage started at 18:31 UTC, our monitoring systems alerted immediately. An initial fix was in place 18:44 but the downtime resumed at 18:48 for another 12 minutes. System returned to full operation at 19:00 UTC. We are extremely sorry for the impact on your operations and will conduct a thorough postmortem to understand and prevent this from happening in the future.
