Timeline of updates

  1. investigatingEdited

Some single-file cache purge requests (purge by URL) submitted through the Dashboard or API and routed through our EEUR purge queues are experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes. Cache invalidation for these requests may be delayed across our global network. This also affects Always Online.
We are working to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, you may use Purge Everything, but this may cause a surge in traffic to your origin server(s)

    More updates to follow.

  2. monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

  3. resolved

    This incident has been resolved.

Changes Rewindex caught on this incident

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert. That proves these records existed by then and have not been changed since, by anyone, Rewindex included.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on www.cloudflarestatus.com (opens in new tab).
