As of 1:45pm ET on December 18th, our team has resolved the error which programmatically archived Canvases on our US 03 cluster. Our team has since reactivated all impacted Canvases that were not manually relaunched. Impact: From approximately 11:23am ET to 1:45pm ET impacted Canvases did not enter new users and, accordingly, those users didn’t receive downstream messaging. For any user profiles that entered the impacted Canvases prior to 11:30am ET, they continued to receive messages and progress through the Canvas, as expected.
