Our team has since reactivated all impacted Canvases that were not manually relaunched. Impact: From approximately 11:23am ET to 1:45pm ET impacted Canvases did not enter new users and, accordingly, those users didn’t receive downstream messaging. For any user profiles that entered the impacted Canvases prior to 11:30am ET, they continued to receive messages and progress through the Canvas, as expected.
