After: Around 3:30 AM PT on December 26, 2025, the Engineering team became aware of an issue affecting customers on Ok6 cells. We temporarily put the cell in read-only mode. During this time, customers on OK6 were still able to log in and access apps, but could not create or modify any data, users, or settings. The issue has been resolved at 5:43 AM PST. Additional root cause information will be available within 5 Business days.
