Zapier change history: Errors publishing Zaps from Guided Templates with app approvals enabled

Zapier reported a major outage preventing users with app approvals enabled from publishing Zaps through Guided Templates, though drafts could be created. It started at 2026-10-16 14:10 UTC and was resolved at 2026-10-16 15:23 UTC, lasting 1 h 12 min. A deployed, verified fix restored Request to publish in the Guided Template flow; approval requirements remain unchanged.
