Webflow’s major Email Notifications outage prevented some customers from receiving form notification emails from 2025-09-30 12:25 UTC to 2025-09-30 18:10 UTC, lasting 5 h 45 min. An upstream provider issue caused the failures and was resolved following the provider’s fix; submissions remained accessible in the Forms tab in Site Settings.
