We confirmed from Meta team that the delivery degradation affecting WhatsApp Messages has been resolved. The Whatsapp messages services were impacted from [05-Jun-2024 00:11] UTC until [05-Jun-2024 00:36] UTC. Other channels from Messages API have not been impacted. All services have been restored. Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.
