Customer experience: Customers connecting to Snowflake services may have experienced a certificate revoked error. Incident start time: 02:17 UTC August 01, 2024 Incident end time: 14:29 UTC August 01, 2024 Preliminary root cause: A certificate configuration error within our load balancing infrastructure prevented requests to access the service from completing successfully. A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within seven business days.
