Incident start time: 09:30 UTC October 14, 2024 Incident end time: 14:02 UTC October 14, 2024 Preliminary root cause: After investigation, the cause was found to be due to a configuration issue within a specific parameter that was recently enabled as part of Snowflake release 8.39. A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within seven business days.
