Timeline of updates

  1. update

On September 25, 2026, at 17:33 UTC, a subset of MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 Private Space customers lost visibility into application logs, traces, and monitoring metrics. Application traffic kept processing without interruption. We rolled back the change in the EU and US regions, and by 23:31 UTC on September 28, we've restored the previous configuration. The fix requires customers to redeploy their applications with the corrected port configuration. For details, please refer to the knowledge article: help.salesforce.com/s/issue?id=a02g700000AmrXJ.
