We resolved an issue impacting Marketing Cloud Engagement services for a subset of customers on Stack 7. Multiple databases became unavailable at 13:40 UTC, preventing customers from accessing their services. We successfully failed over the affected databases to alternate nodes and completed recovery. All databases returned to service by 15:11 UTC. Services are now operating normally. We apologize for how this may have affected you and are conducting a full review to prevent a recurrence.
