This incident has been resolved. A post-mortem will be posted on this page next Wednesday, July 10th by 5:00 PDT. All third-party groups affected by this incident have been audited for accuracy (group membership matching between the Rippling group and the third-party group). Any customers with groups failing our audit due to authorization issues or other API errors are being remediated directly with the customer and the third-party app. We understand the outsized impact this had on business operations for our customers and apologize for failing our mission to free smart people to work on hard problems.
