Retool reported a critical Email Server outage from 2026-07-23 22:22 UTC to 2026-07-24 18:34 UTC, lasting 20 h 12 min. Some Retool Emails failed with “Disabled for sending spam” due to an upstream email provider issue; official user invites and password resets were unaffected. Retool restored the sending domain and normal delivery, and added safeguards against recurrence.
