Metabase change history: Issue with SSL certificates

Metabase Cloud Platform had a critical SSL certificate outage from 2023-11-09 19:37 UTC to 2023-11-09 20:02 UTC (24 min), causing invalid certificate errors for users accessing hosted instances. A Helm chart release CI misconfiguration replaced the external Nginx ingress certificate with a dummy certificate; ingress certificates were restored.
