Timeline of updates

  1. resolved

We identified a bug that prevented latency and error rate charts from rendering properly within the context of the Service Directory's Key Operations. The bug has been fixed and deployed to production. So, going forward, Key Operations will return to normal and the visible gaps will roll out completely in 8 days. Until then, the Key Operations charts may show gaps prior to 5/25. The underlying data is still accessible, so if there is something needed for a particular time frame please reach out to support@lightstep.com.

From Lightstep (ServiceNow Cloud Observability)’s published incident history: for incidents before Rewindex began polling this status page, only the final update text is available.

Archive proof

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.

How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.

This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.

Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived. View on status.lightstep.com (opens in new tab).
