Hookdeck: Elevated errors on the Outpost API
Affected components: API
Timeline of updates
- resolved
On August 11 between 14:08 and 14:26 UTC, a small number of requests to the Outpost API failed or timed out. Our managed Postgres provider replaced a database node, which briefly interrupted the connections used to authenticate API requests. Event delivery was not affected; only requests made during the two short windows returned errors and can be safely retried. Service recovered on its own and the API has been stable since. If you're still seeing issues, contact support@hookdeck.com.
Archive proof
Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
How the archive is checked, and what it cannot prove.
This incident predates live tracking (October 17, 2026). It came from the vendor’s own published history, which is not covered by checkpoints.
Impact, status and times are the vendor’s own, as last archived.
