Due to a spike in the number of API requests we've experienced intermittent issues with the real time endpoint, slower feed updates and occasional 500s. These issues have now been resolved and we'll reach out to affected users with details about how to prevent this in the future.

Rewindex commits each version of an incident it captures to a daily checkpoint, chains it to the day before, and has the checkpoint timestamped by FreeTSA and DigiCert.
